Rachael has been working in the fitness industry since 1992 after qualifying as an exercise to music instructor. She is dedicated to continuing her education and has obtained many additional qualifications to enable her to deliver a diverse, effective and exciting programme of classes. Rachael’s enthusiasm and ability to motivate creates amazing fitness experiences; every class; every time. Rachael also works as a lecturer in Sport & Exercise, teaching others to become fitness instructors. Rachael had her first child, Ben in April 2010 and is working hard to re gain her full fitness. |

Michelle is originally from a dance background and made the transition to the world of fitness in 2005. She has embraced the industry whole-heartedly and loves to use her energy and creativity to deliver magical fitness classes. |

Jesse brings a little glamour to the Tuesday evening Body Pump class! She is a PE teacher and fitness fruit cake! She has an infectious personality and has been teaching fitness classes for five years. You will see Jesse on a Tuesday evening in the Body Pump class. Jesse is currently pregnant with her first child, due January 2011. |

Janine is a lecturer in Sport & Exercise and has been teaching classes since 1998. She is passionate about fitness and is a very motivational teacher. Janine re gained her fantastic physique after her first pregnancy; testament to the benefits of exercising through out pregnancy. Janine team teaches in the Tuesday evening Body Pump class but is currently on maternity as she is expecting her second child at the end of August 2010. |

Another glamour puss, Lyndsey has been teaching classes for approximately five years now. She has a very warm and friendly personality and genuinely loves to connect with class participants. She is a great girl and her passion for teaching is always evident within her delivery. |

Anthony, or ‘Humey’ as we like to call him teaches the Monday evening Boxercise class. Humey is serious about exercise; one look at his physique and you can see he is a machine! Humey is currently studying a Foundation Degree in Sport Massage & Fitness Instruction and is a Semi Professional Footballer. He is a great guy and will motivate you to achieve your personal best in his class. |

Jill is the friendly face that will greet you at the evening classes. She is super organised and takes all registers, payments and bookings etc. Although Jill is a fully qualified fitness instructor she prefers to stay behind the scenes these days and opts to participate in classes instead of teach them. |

Courtney is relatively new to the fitness industry, qualifying as an instructor in 2009. Courtney loves to dance, and if you love to dance, you’ll love to Zumba too!

Jonathon, or Jarv as he’s better known is also relatively new to the fitness industry, qualifying as a Fitness Instructor and Body Pump instructor in 2010. Jarv is a very fit guy and loves teaching the ladies in Body Pump classes!!! |
