WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
Anyone wishing to lose weight, get fit, tone up, look great and feel great!
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
Initial Personal Consultation: Rachael or Michelle will take you through your initial consultation at a time that suits you. We will discuss your weight loss and fitness goals; record your starting weight, take your body measurements and analyse your current fitness and activity levels. We will then be able to prepare your Personal Exercise Programme and Personalised Nutritional Advice Plan.
Personal Exercise Programme: Your personal exercise programme will be tailor made to help you achieve your weight loss/fitness goals. The programme will use SMART targets to help achieve desired results:
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Timed
Your personal exercise programme will be updated on a weekly basis and you will be required to keep an exercise diary on a daily basis.
Personalised Nutritional Advice Plan: This personalised plan will encourage limitations and sometimes eliminations of certain foods known to be detrimental to weight loss. The plan will be based on a no nonsense, healthy approach to weigh
loss encouraging a balanced diet containing all essential nutrients.
What does this mean?
Well basically, we won’t be asking you to follow the "cabbage soup" or the ‘egg and grapefruit’ diet, nor will we expect you to trek to far away places to find weird and whacky ingredients. We will be making proven, sensible recommendations for you to follow when selecting foods. We’ll recommend what to eat, what not to eat, how much to eat and when to eat it, and all will be available from your local Tescos! Your personalised nutritional advice plan will be updated on a weekly basis and you will also be required to keep a food diary on a daily basis.
Weekly Personal Consultation: Every week you will have a personal, one to one consultation with either Rachael or Michelle. In this session we will discuss your progress, try to overcome any problems or concerns you are facing and review your Personal Exercise Programme and Personalised Nutritional Advice Plan. We will also weigh you and record your body measurements again.
Unlimited Attendance at all classes on current Workout Timetable:
In order to help you stay on track, you will have free admission to all of the classes on our current Workout Timetable throughout your Boot Camp period. Not only is this an obvious way to boost your weight loss and improve your fitness and shape, but you will also have valuable additional contact with both Rachael and Michelle to keep you motivated.

So, be warned…
We can be very mean when we don’t see what we want to see!!
Research also shows that you are much more likely to stick to an exercise programme if you exercise with others and make a commitment to others. We will make a commitment to you to be there to meet you at your weekly personal consultation and we will also be expecting to see you in class. More significantly we will make a point of contacting you if you don’t show!

If you have answered Yes to all of the questions above, we believe you are ready to get started. Please see Rachael, Michelle or Jill to sign up in class, or e mail or call Rachael directly. A realistic weight loss goal in a 6 week period would be up to 1 stone and in a 10 week period, 1.5 stones. We would not advise you to book holidays during the 6 or 10 week period of your boot camp, or commit to anything else that could interfere with your commitment to the programme.

6 week Weight Loss Boot Camp..............£135.00 (£22.50 per week)
10 week Weight Loss Boot Camp............£199.00 (£19.90 per week)
Generally, people that come to our classes take enormous pride in their appearance and are very concerned about staying fit and healthy.
Looking good is as important as feeling good, therefore we are heavy consumers of appearance enhancing products and treatments.
Stick with our boot camp and a combination of weight loss and improved fitness and shape will leave you looking and feeling far better than any lotions or potions you buy over the counter!
Please Note: All Boot Camps must be paid for in full, in advance. Bookings are non-refundable. Both your initial personal consultation and your weekly personal consultation will be made at a regular weekly time slot that suits you. If however you are unable to attend any of your appointments we will do our very best to make an alternative appointment for you, however, we can not guarantee this and can only work on availability. Six week boot camps may be extended to ten weeks at any point during the initial six week period, dependant upon availability. An additional fee of £66 will be charged for the additional four week period.
